BraveWomen
Brave Women in Transition is a warm, gentle space for women in Singapore who are ready for something new — big or small.
A warm, gentle space for women in Singapore who are seeking support and connection during life changes, helping them feel cared for and less alone.
This group is for women who are:
• curious about themselves
• longing for connection and friendship
• ready to grow, soften, or shift something in their life
• eager to show up exactly as they are — no masks, no pressure
• in Singapore and looking for a meaningful community
Why I created this group
I’m Lisa — counsellor, coach, and someone who has lived through many transitions myself.
After moving back to Singapore, I felt a strong pull to create a space where women can connect, feel seen, and build real, supportive relationships.
A place to talk about what’s working, what’s difficult, and what the next small step could be.
What to expect
A weekly gathering of 4–6 women where we:
• share stories and experiences
• explore personal themes and inner shifts
• celebrate wins (small ones count!)
• support each other with honesty, humor, and care
• build community and friendships that last
No fixed agenda.
No “musts.”
Just women meeting women — in a brave, soft, and real way.
Interested in joining?
If you're curious but unsure about the time commitment, feel free to reach out-I can share more details to help you decide.
I’m currently gathering the first small group of 4–6 women who want to begin this journey together.
Our Programs
Our programs are tailored to meet children at different ages and stages – from playful first experiences in the water to building confidence, resilience, and friendships as they grow.
-
Gentle, playful sessions where young children gain water confidence through fun and exploration. Focus on feeling safe, happy, and free in the water – no pressure, only encouragement.
-
A supportive space to develop swimming skills, build confidence, and enjoy the water. Children learn to trust themselves, make friends, and celebrate progress in every session.
-
For young teens looking for more than just lessons. These sessions strengthen resilience, foster friendships, and create a sense of belonging – while continuing to grow skills and confidence in the pool.
-
Tailored lessons for children or teens who benefit from individual guidance. Sessions adapt to each swimmer’s pace, needs, and goals – always in a safe and encouraging environment.
-
1:1 Session (30 min): SGD 90 per student, per session
1:2 Session (30 min): SGD 65 per student, per session
1:3 Session (30 min): SGD 40 per student, per session
1:4 Session (30 min): SGD 30 per student, per session
Teen After-School Program
For young teenagers (11–14 years) looking for more than lessons, this special after-school activity combines swimming with personal growth.
Together, we focus on confidence, resilience, friendships, and belonging – all in a safe and encouraging space.
-
To provide young teenagers with a safe and positive after-school community where they can develop both their swimming skills and personal strengths. The program focuses on building confidence, resilience, and social connections, helping them feel at home both in the water and within the group.
